1. Service Description: GuruTech IT Services provides IT services ("Services") as detailed on the Website. Specific services to be supplied to the Client will be further described in a separate agreement ("Service Agreement") to be agreed upon by both parties.

2. Service Delivery: The manner and timeline for delivering the Services will be outlined in the Service Agreement. The Service Provider will use reasonable care and skill to fulfil the Services in accordance with industry standards.

3. Client Obligations: The Client agrees to provide timely and accurate information as necessary for the Service Provider to perform the Services. The Client agrees to abide by all terms and conditions specified on the Website and in the Service Agreement.

4. Fees and Payment: Fees for the Services will be as set out in the Service Agreement. The Service Provider will invoice the Client in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the Service Agreement.

5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the provision of services. Confidential information will be clearly marked as such in the Service Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights arising out of the provision of services will be governed by the terms outlined in the Service Agreement.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers: The Service Provider warrants that it will provide Services with reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated in this Document or in the Service Agreement, all warranties and conditions, whether express or implied by statute, common law, or otherwise, are hereby excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Liability: The Service Provider's liability to the Client in relation to the provision of services, whether under contract, tort, or otherwise, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services.

9. Termination: Either party may terminate the provision of services as outlined in the Service Agreement.

10. Amendments: Any amendments to this Document or to the Service Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

11. Governing Law: This Document and the Service Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

This Document is subject to the terms and conditions of the separate Service Agreement between GuruTech IT Services and the Client. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Document and the Service Agreement, the terms of the Service Agreement will take precedence.

By accessing and using the Website, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms of this Document and the subsequent Service Agreement detailing the specifics of the service supply arrangement between GuruTech IT Services and the Client.
